I've been charged for Clockwork Pro in the 0-10 user tier

Although there shouldn’t be any issue like that, we recently received a couple of customer reports about being charged for the Free tier of Clockwork Pro. Atlassian has resolved the issue but, in case you experience a similar problem, see what you can do to avoid being wrongly charged.

  • request a refund of the last transaction for Clockwork

  • uninstall Clockwork - don’t worry you won’t lose any data

  • re-install the app again

To request a refund, please use this form, selecting the "I'm a customer" option, then "Payments", "Request a refund" and from the dropdown choose "Clockwork Automated Time Tracking and Timesheets Pro Cloud", as shown below:
