Recently we received reports related to Clockwork not always loading on the Issue page, especially when the user navigates back to it after more than 15 minutes. The investigation showed us that there were changes made to Jira that affected the functioning of our apps in the Issue view. The single-page app mechanism fails to re-issue a fresh JWT token after it expires and the app connection fails.
The issue is already reported to Atlassian: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-81774. If you’re experiencing this issue, we would appreciate your vote on this so that it gets fixed sooner.
In the meantime, as a workaround, we’re recommending re-loading the page whenever the Clockwork issue view doesn’t load properly.
