JSM Portal

This feature is only available in Clockwork Pro.

In Clockwork Pro, you can show the accumulated to time logged on a Jira Service Management request to customers using the Portal:

  1. Navigate to Project Settings > Apps > Clockwork and select the Time Tracking tab.

  2. Use the toggle to enable the Show time spent to Jira Service Management customers setting.

The accumulated time spent will now be shown on the portal view.
