Mark Items Complete on Transition Post Functions

Checklists for Jira provides a post function to automatically mark checklist items as completed on the indicated workflow transition.

• In cases where there is more than one checklist on an work item, all items on all the checklists, (including Global Checklists in Checklist for Jira ENTERPRISE ), will be marked as complete.

• This post function will only work in Company-managed projects.

1. Navigate to Project Settings > Workflows

2. Click the pencil icon to edit the workflow.
   

   

3. Select Diagram mode and click on the transition where you want to add the post function.

4. Click on Post Functions.
   

   

5. Click Add post function.
   

   

6. Select the Complete All Checklist Items post function and click Add.
   

   

7. Click Add again to confirm creation of the post function.

8. Click Publish draft to save the changes.
