I don't see all of the users on the timesheet report

By default, users without any worklogs are not displayed on the timesheet. You can now, however, switch on the visibility of all users by using our Teams feature.

All you need to do is set up your Clockwork Teams and use the filter for Teams to display all users from the Team.
