Visibility

Define how Clockwork should be visible for users in your instance:

• Whether managers with Timesheet access should be able to see all timesheets or just those belonging to their team on the Timesheet page

• Whether the Clockwork UI should appear on in the main Jira work item panel, the right side panel, or both.

1. Log in as a Jira administrator and navigate to Jira settings > Apps > Clockwork configuration and select the General tab.

2. Scroll down to Visibility.

3. Use the checkboxes to indicate if you want to:

   1. Restrict team managers to viewing timesheets only for their own teams

   2. Display Clockwork in the main section of the desktop New Issue View

   3. Display Clockwork on the right side of the desktop New Issue View
