Checklists for Jira can be used out of the box, but you can also optimize it for your teams:

• Enable on Spaces
  You can set Checklists for Jira on all spacess by default, or enable Checklists for individual spaces.
  

• Add Checklists Custom Fields to Field Configuration
  Add the Checklists for Jira custom fields to your field configurations(s) so you can streamline processes with checklist automation.
  

• Configure Global Settings
  Global settings allow you to control how Checklists work in your instance – including the main title of the Checklists panel, how checklist templates are applied to work items and how checklists are synced with custom fields.
  

• Create Global Checklists to Lock Down Compliance
  Create admin-controlled, live checklists that are automatically applied to Jira work items via a Checklist context.
  

• Set Up Permissions
  Control who can view and work on checklists and checklist templates.
  

• Configure Checklist Item Statuses
  Choose simple checkboxes or statuses for your checklist items. Use the defaults or create you own custom item statuses.
  

• Set Data Residency Location – (Checklists for JiraEnterprise only)
  Pin your Checklist data to the US or the EU.
  

• Integrate Checklists with Workflows
  Set up rules, validators and post functions to integrate checklists with your Jira workflows.
