Creating & Adding Checklists to Work Items

Checklists can be added to work items using any of several different ways:

  • Adding a new checklist manually to a work item

  • Loading a reusable template

  • Setting a default template so that all new work items of a specific work type will automatically receive that template

  • Using labels

  • Using automations for trickier cases
