Checklists for Jira provides a rule to automatically mark checklist items as completed on an indicated workflow transition.
This rule only works in Company-managed spaces.

Navigate to Space settings > Workflows and click on Edit workflow.

Select the transition where you want to add the rule and click on the Rules + sign.

Select the Checklists for Jira under the Marketplace Rules heading.

Select Complete All Checklist Items, then click Select.

Click Add.

Click Update workflow to save the changes.
